Sorry its been a while!

Hey everyone, if anyone, who reads my blogs! I havent been onl this thing in a LONG time. Everytime I start writing something it ends up being negative, so I dont post it. I started officially working (not just volunteering) on monday. Its been an interesting week. At the same time, I have been patiently waiting to find out about student loans. I'm getting impatient.

I left for vacation on July 17th. It was great. Went to Pheonix. Fun! California. Disney Land. Laguna Beach. It was great. Went through colorado. Utah. They were very pretty. Stopped by the grand canyon. Went through Monument Valley. It was a great vacation.

I know there have been some great things that have happened since I last got on this thing, but my mind is so full of negativity right now, I honestly can't remember the good things. Well, I just wanted to get on here so everyone would know that I am still alive. I don't know much of what to say, so for now I will say bye!

STUPID COLLEGE

I have been noticing that everybody I graduated from high school with is graduating from college, except me. I have never been to college. So, I have decided to change that. I am going to go to college. I want to be a Physical Therapist Assistant. I want to be in the Health Profession. That seems like one of the most rewarding jobs I can do! I mean, I'm not stupid, but I'm also not too bright! So I go up to Black River Technical College Paragould Campus today; I figured I will take all the classes I can through them since they are cheaper than ASU. I asked to speak to a financial adviser, I figured I need to figure out if I can get student loans before I sign up for classes. Well, they don't have a financial advisor on campus in Paragould. The lady gave me the number for the lady in Pocahontas. I call her, she informs me I have to set up the classes first, then try to get student loans. OK! So I call up at Paragould Campus and ask to speak to the academic advisor. She got on the phone and I asked her if I could make an appoitment this afternoon to go up there and speak with her. . . NO!!!! She has a class from 1:30 - 3:30. Well, it was only 12:30, so she had an hour that she could have fit me in. . . but thats ok! I asked her about in the morning . . . . NO!!!! She has a class from 8:30 - 10:30! So I asked her if I could come in after her class. . . sure but she goes to lunch as 11:30! Ok! Why have her be the academic advisor if she can't make time to be one! I mean she would not even set up an appointment with me! I am finally sure that this is something I want to do, and I cant even seem to get it done! ARGH!!!!!!

Well, we went to Doniphan for the 4th of July. Went to the forge to watch fireworks. It was a great show. It lasted about 3 minutes. Some fireworks blew up and they had to air evac someone. NOT GOOD! So we did not get to watch much fireworks. But on the way home, we got to watch Walnut Ridge's Fireworks. They were pretty good!

Well, i am leaving for vacation in 9 days! I am SO excited! Going to Arizona to see my grandfather. He told my dad he was going to take me to San Fransisco! I can't wait!

I HATE money!

In my house, I am the one who sends the bills off, I am the onle who balances the checkbook, I am the one who buys groceries or whatever else we may need; and so of course, when we have spent too much money, I am the one who is at fault! Jacob and I had a real good weekend. Thursday night, I went and bought groceries; Friday night, we went to Brandon and Linda's and had drinks and food; Saturday, we went to Jonesboro, met Brandon and Linda over there. We went to the Jail, to see a friend, then we went to lunch, then the mall, driving around, a couple other stores and then back to Brandon and Linda's house. We did not spend MUCH money on things, but we are OUT of money. Between buying McDonald's at 1 am Saturday morning, because we were helping Brandon and Linda paint there room and we were hungry, and buying minuntes for both of our phones, buying gas to go to jonesboro, not knowing they were going to want to run around as much as we did, we ended up having to buy MORE gas, going to lunch, got a pair of shorts on CLEARANCE at JcPenney's, we are OUT of money. Even though it was a joint effort in spending the money, it's MY fault. And of course, its all my fault because I bought a pair of shorts for $10.00.
I went grocery shopping on Thursday; Jacob did not go with me. So I bought some of the things I thought we needed. I did not buy meats; number one that can get expensive; number two when I do it ends up being something we don't want; and number three we don't have room in the freezer. I always buy those things as we need them. Well, Jacob woke up this morning and said he was hungry, I said eat something, and his response was, we don't have anything! He told me I did not get anything to eat while I was at the grocery store. So now, it's my fault, we don't have groceries.
Utilty has been going back and fourth about lay off. They were talking about laying off for the WHOLE week for the fourth of July. I don't know what they latest decision on that was. All I know, is that its ridiculous. Jacob doesn't get paid if he is not working. He was laid off for three mondays in a row. That hurts the paycheck. I told him to go look for a job, but he said they will find out and fire him. So instead, we are SOL(SHIT OUT OF LUCK)!!! I have a job, I am sorry that I don't get to work through the summer and I don't get paid through the summer!
I am just so tired of everything being blamed on me! It gets old. It's my fault, we have no money, my fault we have no groceries, my fault I have no job.

JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS I HAVE SPENT MORE THAN FOUR HOURS TOTAL IN THE POOL TODAY!!! :D

Father's Day

As we all know, yesterday was Father's day, and me, the person who talks to my dad on the phone EVERYDAY, did NOT talk to my dad yesterday!?!?! I thought about it, but everytime I did, I was busy, or figured he was busy! What kind of daughter forgets to call her father on father's day; especially when I talk to him EVERYDAY!!! That type of daughter would be me. I feel really bad. You know, I have an older brother, and growing up he was IT!!! He could do not wrong and I could do know right! Everyone who knows my family, knows that! I was always in trouble, and always had to do the chores and always had to cook and stay home and help with things, while my brother on the other hand, did WHATEVER he wanted! I could care less, you know, he's my brother and I'm the sister. The girls, never get as much lein way! But thats fine! Well, my dad and I never argued, we just did not get along. I did not HATE my dad, but I disliked him VERY much. I was SO ready to grow up and move out. So ready to get away from him. Well, the first time I got the chance to do that, was when I was going to move to St. Charles with my aunt and uncle and get a job and go to college. I was so ready, had all my stuff packed and ready. Well, the weekend before, dad made me mad, and I went in my room and started cleaning , like I always did when I was mad. He came in there to give me something and I was upset and crying. He asked me what was wrong and I told him that I was tired of being treated the way I was being treated. He mumbled something and walked out! That UPSET me even more, that I had just upset my dad. Well, dad walked back in and said something, with tears running down his face and walked out again. I felt HORRIBLE. I was a HORRIBLE daughter. What kind of daughter would make her father cry; especially when the only other time I had EVER seen him cry was when my grandmother passed away. Well, I walked out to where he was and told him I was sorry and gave him a hug. . . it was sad. Well, in the pass three years my dad and I have gotten REALLY close. Before I got married, I spend a lot of the days at Jacob's house. Well, dad went by Jacob's house on his way home, so he would always stop by and see me; even though I would be home that night. It was great, we had a lot of conversations, if I ever needed help, dad would help me with whatever it was. When I got married, Jacob and I decided to move here to Paragould. We were living in Paragould, and I went back to Doniphan to get some stuff. I stopped by McDonald's and got some lunch for dad and I and took it to him at the sawmill. When I left, I cried almost all the way home. As I said earlier, Dad and I talk everyday. He has learned how to use yahoo messenger, so most nights we get on and talk and play some pool. He is even learning how to text message! :D It's great.

I've been pretty bored lately. With school being out and all. All I have to do anymore, is clean and sit around and think. And trust me, thinking is not good for me. I start listening to country music and I get all depressed and then there is no one around for me to talk to! Its horrible. Sometimes, I just want to sit here and cry, and sometimes I do! I have though about a job, but we are going on vacation soon so I would just have to quit anyways, cause once we get back I go back to work. I have also thought about going to the nursing home and volunteering to just sit with some of the people there that are lonely. I have thought seriously about it, but then I think about my grandpa. My grandpa passed away this year, and it's been hard. Whenever I see older people, it reminds me of him. And it's hard. I miss him so much and I wish he wasn't gone. But, that's out of my hands. I don't know what I'm going to do. I am taking a home study course, and that keeps me somewhat busy, but at the same time, I can't work on that ALL day!

Well,

I have not been on this thing in awhile! I have signed in and started a blog, but seeing that I have a pretty boring life, I can never come up with anything to say! It's summer time for me, school is out and so of course I'm not working! Pretty boring. I don't get paid, but of course, I go to work and do things that need to get done! Well, last year, at work, I had the back office, this year we have a new principal, Mrs. Warren, she is wonderful; well we decided that she wanted the back office and I get the new office. So Bryan and I started moving desk and setting up the office. We of course, had to make it fun like everything else! We have a tendancy of picking on each other, and Bryan is somewhat a bigger guy. We were starting to take the desk through the door and we had set it upright and I asked if it would fit(I meant height wise) and then not thinking I said well if you can fit then of course the desk can fit.......WHOA, came out ALL wrong! We then moved the computer and got it all set up. Well, my office is ALMOST done. I have to find a cabinet. Speaking of finding a cabinet; Bryan and I went to a few flea markets the other day. We found a cabinet that we liked, but we didn't buy it cause we wanted to make sure we wouldn't find a better one. So we kept looking, we went to about three other flea markets and then to his storage cause he had one in there, which by the way did not work. Not to change the subject or anything, but we got to his storage and (he has two) we looked in one, no cabinet, we looked in the other, well, we saw the cabinet, but decided it would not work. So, we are fixing to leave, and what by his wonderful eyes does he find?!?! What you ask......a TRIPOD!!! A TRIPOD for a camera!!! Well, I just got a new camera, well guess what, now I have a TRIPOD!!! And its not a cheap on. Anyways, back to the looking for the cabinet. We decided that since Jacob was getting of work, that I had better get home and see him and so we decided we would go Friday. Well, Friday came along and I went to work and did a few things, and somehow I made Bryan mad. Well, he left, I thought he left cause I made him mad, but no he went to take his son to lunch. So, I called and called and texted and EVERYTHING trying to get a hold of him. I finally gave up, thinking he was just mad at me and wasn't talking to me. Well, I FINALLY got a text message from him later that night. He fell asleep! HA! So we decided that we will go next week!

Well, so, Friday night we went to Brandon and Linda's house and had some pizza and drinks[soda ;) ] Well, it was storming, and VERY pretty! We had a great time. Somewhere around 12, some raccoons started coming out, and at first they were very skiddish, but by the end of the night, and two packages of crackers later, they were walking around us like it was no big deal! But, it was pretty awesome. Well, a friend of mine and Linda's will be going to jail on Monday, and so we were trying to get some "FUN" pictures together, for him to take and help him get through the time! We had a BLAST!!! Although, after taking some pictures, we decided that the way my hair was and the shirt I was wearing....I looked like a Pentecost!?!?!?!

MARY KAY!

I have been trying to schedule to have a Mary Kay consultant visit me for a while now. So she finally got to come today. Her name is Amanda. She is my dad's best friend's wife's daughter. ;) She came from right outside of Memphis to see me. Well, Jacob and I put some stuff in storage today and I found two picture frames. I decided to get them out of storage and use them. So I went to walmart and printed two 8 x 10's of David and got some matting and some black spray paint. I came back and spray painted the frames and put the pictures in them. They were so cute. We were trying to hang them and one of them fell. So I picked it up not noticing that it was broke. Jacob was looking at it and seen that the edge was coming apart, so we got a hammer and I hammered it back. FIXED! Well, I was cleaning the glass and Jacob came over and just barely touched it to scrap something off of it and it broke. A perfect break from top left corner to bottom right corner. Then Jacob decided to make some tea for us ladies. So he was putting sugar in the tea container and had the top off the canister and the top fell on the floor and shattered. GREAT! Since Amanda was coming I decided to invite Linda over. Linda and Amanda showed up around 4:30. She explained to us a little about the products and then we did some demonstrations. Honestly, it is hard for me to be happy with something. I just am not impressed with many products. But Amanda let us try to Mineral Foundation, and I LOVED it. We then put on some Eyesicles eye shadow and I loved it also. I was very happy with all of the products that she showed us. Well, she left and Jacob and Brandon came to the house. We barbequed hot dogs and hamburgers....yum. It was a good day.

Tomorrow is the 6th grade graduation mass at work. I am excited. I am excited for the kids really. I remember all of my graduations and I remember how happy I was. I hope it turns out good!
